median 指中位数。mean 指算术平均。closing 是交割落地。guidance 是指导意见，不是 already disbursed。

中文材料爱写「平均融资金额」。英文 term sheet 讨论里，投资人先问 median round。差六倍时，mean 只适合描述头部，不适合给自己报价。
