商务英语 — disclosed：写出来的金额，不是全部的钱
disclosed total 只加总公开写了数字的轮次。deal count 是笔数。二者不能横着比。

disclosed：已披露。创投通写的约73.11亿元，是10月3日至9日统计口径内已披露融资总额。
A disclosed total is not the whole market. Deal count is not dollars.
