on the record 指可以引用的原话。假设句、计划年份和已经发生的事，不能剪成同一句。

释义
on the record：说话人知道会被引用、可以注明出处的原话。中文可说「可引用的原话」。它包括语气和条件，不只是结论。
off the record 是不供引用的谈话，这里不展开操作。今天要守的是：专访里的假设，不能剪成已经决定的产量。
例句
On the record, he said the company has raised a good amount and still spends tightly. He did not name the round.
可引用的原话是：融了不少，钱仍然紧。他没有说出轮次金额。
Ten thousand robots were on the record only after the word if. Without if, it is no longer the quote.
一万台只有在「如果」之后才算原话。拿掉如果，就不再是这句引用。
A 2027 first flight is a plan, not an on-the-record claim that the vehicle has flown.
2027年首飞是计划，不是「已经飞过」的原话。

不算。原话包含条件。删掉条件就是另一句话，不能再算引用。
